So I had heard 3rd week of July for sim training, although the logic for that escapes me. I think it just boils down to as simple as the FAA scheduled it that way.

I further believe it is most logical for Phase III to begin right before (or even on the day of!) the air show. Kind of like that guy who eats all those hotdogs proposing to his gal right before the contest. It just makes it seem so much more interesting that way. Besides, how great is that to toss that one in when the media is doing the interviews. LOL....."this just in!"
