Beliceno, surely that will be pushed back since they had the permit issues. Also, thought they were suppose to fill the order by September, as I recall NorCal was not suppose to receive it till early 2015. I suppose that may be pushed back a couple of months also.
As a result, as I posted, I hope they can sell some right out of the water for cash and get some income going. If not, himr o/s will go to about 50 billion!! lol
