having been on vacay .. and more off than on recently
i missed *buenos* most recent *efforts* via the vehicle of choice
re: OTC stock manipulation >> working OT there *bueno*
always interesting to see what *officials* >> write ..
hmmmm RBC *again*
i come back to why exactly would a firm take in certs (stock) @ 80c
and then only allow *sells* not buys of said security
sounds like the perfect crime to me ..
everyone in the industry knows just how poorly watched but heavily manipulated the OTC >> is
so getting off the cesspool (aka the OTC) via uplisting is considered contrary to the public interest .. simply fascinating .. and who exactly
is the *public interest*
also notice the lack of info >> specific to how uplist would be *acquired* (using their wording) .. is on offer
hey at least the CON side's *efforts* are more current this round (2014)
than prior efforts (2009)

16. Bordynuik used the Childrens’ Trust in part as a reservoir of JBI shares which could be distributed to others, including Bespoke Growth Partners, in aid of acquiring a listing on the AMEX or NASDAQ exchanges. Bordynuik’s misuse of the Childrens’ Trust for this purpose was conduct contrary to the public interest.
