i wouldn't hold my breath re: restoration
whistles aka risicare seems to have special dispensation
notice too the CON side of the *crew* never send off their CONcerns
to mgmt (gee do they think mgmt might *track* them if they do)
rather they raise their >> snicker >> CONcerns via a SMB that
*all* with functioning gray matter recognize has no impact specific
to mgmt's execution and P2O
