The companies whose tickers are temporarily suspended with questions still exist as companies and have every right to reapply for trading on the Pinks by asking a broker-dealer to complete Form 211 for them. Why don't you write to SKTO and/or AEGY, whatever your pleasure, and ask them if they have any intention of doing so? If you wish to escape from the Grey Market Detention Center, that's the way. A dramatic thesis on the Magna Carta won't help very much.
