I see a lot of people talking about RS. What I think I see Bill doing is filling the pool up with value. He seams to be making FITX worth more for the 3.4B shares. And know one is seeing this. That's why Bill has said repeatedly there will be no RS. So the merge will (in my opinion) absorbed to the existing shares. He's going to make those 3.4B shares worth enough to be up-listed.
