Correct me if I am wrong but isn't BB Madera a shipping company that HIMR is in partnership with in Panama. Together they are Bayano Lake Wood Products or BLWP? If so shipping (logistics of) should be fairly simple no??

Also, I guess I can go look it up, but what is the payment structure with BB Madera? How are they paid? Percentage of income? Shares?
