Here is the TRUTH of what is really going on over there in my opinion!!!
So if one was to short a stock then contact the SEC to get it suspended for 10 trading days in order to help the price per share to drop by getting it suspended. Then when that stock opens back up trading again in the GREY MARKET after SEC suspension it will automatically lose around 90% of it's price per share trading value and who ever shorted that stock will automatically make 90% profit!!!
