VRCI Chart: An Inverted Hammer formed on low volume on the 3rd........trying to break the 7 DMA @ 0.0448 resistance..........that is the 1st KEY level to close above.......checkout the declining volume since the 17th..........a Bullish Volume Spike will be the signal it is now Showtime!..........$$$
