Anniversaries of important events (like birth, marriage, memorable occurrences good or bad, etc.) are very big deals in the human mind. It is interesting the SEC chose its 80th anniversary date to suspend SKTO/AEGY in tandem (a tandem suspension, i.e., considering two firms as one, is a very rare event as it turns out). It seems the SEC celebrated their 80th aniversary (06/06/2014) with speeches and a big banner at their website. The milestone must have been quite a gala event at HQ. And on that day of all days, they chose to suspend SKTO/AEGY. (As an aside, it was D-Day 70th anniversary.)
Semiotics would ask: Was it just random coincidence the SEC chose that particular date to suspend SKTO & AEGY? Semiotics would answer: Not likely chance event; more likely, SEC sending a subtext given extreme significance of date to the agency.
It's good you bought some GWP.
