First, surely you are sophisticated enough to know that other entities can run promotions without our permission.Jeff Benz has repeatedly stated that we did not pay for or commission the promotions. Nor do we have any obligation to legitimize said promotions by "publicly rallying" against them. As I said before, I can send out a million emails claiming that Coca Cola contains pixie dust and makes your dick grow three inches. The SEC is not going to suspend KO for said emails. Nor would KO publicly address such nonsense.

Second, please show us all where the SEC "told [anyone] the deals don't exist." Please provide a link for your assertion. Uh oh. You can't do that can you?

Third, not one single person from the SEC has to date communicated with anyone from either of our companies.

Fourth, I am not an employee or insider. I am simply a loyal investor who believes in our company and our products.
