LymPro alone projected FMV of $500-Mil. = $0.68 pps at todays share structure - now factor in a few orphans or other JV Agreements such as with PhenoGuard or Eltrpozene and were well over $1.00 pps
If AMBS can attain a $1-Bil. FMV - then the pps = $1.36.
Get this FMV to $1.5 Bil and the pps = $2.04
This all assumes you would factor in a 20 x forward looking multiple - but it has been done many time before and can happen with AMBS as well - provided they execute
they've definitely got the goods, the brains and the financial backers to do it with........
