Thanks for your reply. I never said a single word about GWPH (although I do own shares myself). Nor did I suggest that the SEC was trying to help us. Au contraire mon ami. And with all due respect, your posts contains some of the same misrepresentations that have been repeated ad nauseum. For example, we did not pay 600k to 84 tout sites. You state that the AR is "noncollectable" and that deals "do not exist" when in truth you have absolutely no way of knowing that at this point. In any event, time will tell. I am personally looking forward to seeing how this all plays out.

P.S. Collectives cannot safely bank their funds. The IRS has charged collectives a 10% penalty for paying taxes in cash. Think Alice in Wonderland. The collectives are suing the IRS. And no one agency is willing to be responsible for rescheduling. This entire house of cards is gonna come tumbling down. It's simply inevitable.
