Last quarterly filing was thru Mar 2013. Last annual thru Dec 2012. 2012!!!
Why would we put money in a stock the SEC should suspend any day now?
What a ignorant arrogant company to think they don't have to do
what they have to do. Things must be really bad. CBIS & ENDO same CEO ?
ENDO to dump the US and go into Canada forgetting the SEC
but forgets Canada has its own SEC who will B-slap & suspend them too.
