No, the culprit is the team of misfits that are stealing investors' money running SKTO/AEGY.
The culprit is Henry Jan, creating phony entities and then having Art Mayor PR them as "new contracts."
The culprit is Jeff Benz, who allowed all of this to happen under his watch.
The culprit is Robert Hipple, the mastermind behind it all.
The thinking that it is I-Glow, Bells, or anyone else who points out the fallacy that is SKTO is misdirected.
