Trying to understand RXNB
Googling RXNB Inc. since it sounds like a soon to be merger. Aren't those companies Bill owns??? or at the least sits on the board or CEO of???? I cannot find even a company website on them, nothing. But they are supposed to have labs for testing and a client base already? Distribution??
I thought the two companies that are subsidiaries were created to avoid a buyout. Wise Phoenix LLC and AJOA Holdings. Like they own 25% (each) of FITX, but not publically traded to avoid a hostile takeover.
If anyone has links to any information regarding RXNB, heck, even what that stands for so I can google more. I am trying to understand cannot see a merger cause that would let us be open to a hostile takeover yes??? if the two companies under RXNB each own 25%???
