Somebody probably wined to the OTC about the company's "no news policy". Or maybe an in-sider sell off(yeah, a billion shares traded last week). Or some bad mouthing to the OTC by the naysayers et al.

OTC didn't mention non-reporting in the release. They do advise on using insider information. Anyone got any? Of course, I wouldn't act on it................
