Everybody's waiting and everybody's watching. I think that if DUTV is going to blow the PR will come out AFTER the buying starts.
So far, activity has shown that all are just waiting for confirmation of any sort before buyers will take any further action. I'm guessing that if DUTV is the real deal some client, once they've tested and validated DUTV's technology, will put buy orders out on the street before anyone else. Then they will give McHenry the okay on the deal and he will PR it.
By then the pps will have already started it's ascent.
This is all just conjecture and specualtion on my part in lieu of any other verifiable info.
