Quarterly report filing thru Sept 2013,
Annual filing thru Dec 2012.
Dr Moran refuses respond to calls to 877 747-5326. 601 488-4360 was a fax # now disconnected.
Old DTC chill or whatever lifted in 2011 + BCSC revocation of cease trade order was in 2011 but Dr Moran IMHO didn't learn a thing, apparently.
.0001 looks like a possible buy point only if SEC numbers filed.
Great job Mr Moran with FDA issues, SEC issues and being unresponsive to shareholders.
Stop the pump and get to working on that which needs attention.
