FNMA Chart: Technically Significant close above the 10 DMA @ 3.95………Wed.'s close above the 10 day moving average was the 1st close above that level since June 10th……..the 20 DMA @ 4.16 is the next KEY resistance level to close above & turn into support…….a new Up Trend can begin when candles form above the 20 DMA……………$$$
