Budd: Didn't you mention that the share transfer pursuant to the "acquisition" of BB by SKTO was not consummated? Q1 2014 confirms. The shares necessary for said acquisition have neither been transferred nor even issued. BB ought to hire a good lawyer (not Benz) to determine how they can walk away from the shysters and with what.

The share certificates have not yet been issued, but the shares are included in the issued and outstanding shares at December 31, 2013 and March 31, 2014."
