No worries, it happens... even to the best of them...
Tough battlegrounds on the OTC. People lost money in other stocks, so I get the panic part. You see some early warning signs, the business doesn't go as planned, on top of that there are other issues, and one can start to panic if you add it all up... So yes, I get it...
We've had a lot of setbacks in the past few months & then one fact can trigger anxiety, like seeing the AS increased. This usually doesn't spell much good, but in this case it might, because I can only think of a merger, acquisition or another type of deal as reason to increase the AS...
Tho I can't rule out that it was done to add regular dilution. But since there was no reason for it, I mean the OS wasn't maxed out, or nowhere near, so it had to be something else, right?!
PS I have no knowledge of an impending deal but logical deduction makes me conclude that...
