I'm pretty naive on this stuff but 185,000,000 X .0075 is only $1,387,500,000 if every one of these new shares were diluted, hardly much at the current burn rate. Might the good spin be that there's some news on the horizon which will raise the PPS substantially and thus these additional shares are now in the cue for diluting? Hell, I don't know.
