Well if that's the case then why would he tell you he didn't know why the shares had not been picked up yet? If they are just his and his wife's wouldn't he know why they weren't received yet? This makes things even that much more perplexing based on what you shared from your conversation with him alone.

However, if he is just transfering shares to himself or within the family, why document that the shares were not yet issued? What could be the purpose of that? Any ideas Slic or has Garry given you the answer to that one already? I'm sure you must havve asked him.
