I know i seem thick here but why does the February 28, 2014 financial report state that shares have not be issued if Garry is saying they were issued by February of 2013? That is what you are saying right, that Garry told you shares were issued by February of 2013?

That's what I'd call a discrepancy. Am i missing something??
