I just think if we are comparing to Advexin. The drug wasn't found to be genotoxic in preclinicals (same as Kevetrin.) It showed tumor regression in preclinicals (same as Kevetrin.) The side effects were not intolerable. Yes an entirely different drug with an entirely different delivery mechanism.

Now we have Kevetrin about to start dosing patients who have already tried everything else. These patients wouldn't be putting this drug in their body in a phase 1 trial (something never tried in humans) if they had any other hope of extending their lives. So I have to believe this will work.
