If you genuinly believe that Sophia's domestic relationship with Garry is integral in the DUTV/TORQ merger I urge you to check your PM. I have something for your perusal and would like your input.

I won't post it here because it highly speculative but worthy of private discussion until we get more sound information as to why the merger has not yet been fully consumated.
