I am just having a hard time on why a person would sell Torq for 167 million shares and then not pick the shares up? I also have a hard time visualizing why a person would have to stop on by to pick them up at the Transfer agent or Garry. I would see a transer in a brokerage account or the TA being notifiied to issue the shares.
