The Following is a summary of the documents I have obtained from the State of Utah Department of Commerce, File # 7120589-0160

1) January 5, 2010 TORQ Communications Involuntarily dissolved,
Simon Hoyle, Manager

2) October 12, 2010 TORQ Communications
Reinstatement,Simon Hoyle Director, Larry Lewis Director

3) July 20, 2012 Sophia Newsome 4537 Old Hope Road, Kingston
Jamaica added as "Manager TORQ Communications". Simon Hoyle removed as Manager TORQ Communications

4) February 18, 2013 Sophia Newsome, Manager Torq Communications signs and files article of Dissolution.
"Third Reason Given"...."TORQ Communications has Merged into Digital Utilities Inc. a Deleware Corporation, with the Deleware Corporation as the Surviving entity"

Check out Facebook and search for Sophia Newsome, You will find It changes immediately to Sophia McHenry, a former JNAP employee in 2009....
