Wish I was here yesterday to add my thoughts on Advexin. From what I understand....

Advexin made it to phase three trials. The drug was working. It just didnt work better than current standards of care (methotrexate.) That bodes well for the patients in the Kevetrin trial. I really have no doubt that Kevetrin will work. We should know from the data on tumor reduction how phase three will go...

Methotrexate  has some nasty side effects naseau, vomiting, diarrhea, just this overwhelming feeling of tiredness, monthly liver tests are required. None of these side effects outweigh the possible benefits and that is what we need to see from Kevetrin that the side effects are normal or even less for a cancer drug.
