(OTC Pink: PTSH) announced today that it has completed an agreement with Matchedje Motors, Limited of the Provincia do Maputo, Africa to acquire it as a subsidiary of PTS, Inc and supply an initial investment of US$1,000,000 to Matchedje Motors through a loan agreement and promissory note. "This agreement gives us an initial investment in a growing market place with a lot of potential," stated Lowell Holden, President and CEO of PTS. "We feel it is the beginning of a long term relationship in a rapid growing market space.”
