Clearly I understand that RKT has plastic only monofills per my correspondence with Mr. Stakel posted earlier.
He also said that they had equal amounts of raggertail waste.
Of course they will go after the plastic only waste first.
My point about the term "monofill" was that it would not preclude raggertail as the single waste t type.
If JBII still has plans to process the raggertail then it makes sense that RKT would be creating new monofills containing raggertail. It would reduce their landfill costs and they would recover value just as they expected with their plastic only monofills.
I hope this straightforward argument isn't too much for you to handle.
