There's no such thing as a monofill that contains a combination of rubber, and C&D waste, and discarded tires, and plastics -- there are waste-tire-only monofills, rubber-only monofills, plastic-only monofills, ash-only monofills, etc. etc.  Do a little Googling.

And, no, tires aren't subject to "organic decomposition" -- LOL -- are you serious?

And, no, raggertail isn't one type of material -- it's lots.
