The key for legal proscecution is obtaining IP addresses, not so much aliases and user IDs because they use so many. Many are used for a few posts and then canceled or never used again, etc. Often I have even seen the same exact writing styles used with multiple aliases which were in full conversations with themselves, on the board at the same exact time! Amazing what some individuals will say on a public internet message board to get others to fear their positions and sell out, isn't it?! Sad.
