LMAO that'll be the day. Let's take a deeper dive. If Bank of America were to acquire Wells Fargo or vice versa they wouldn't announce a tease weeks before saying "we are about to be acquired."
With SKTO and AEGY when they announced their intent to merge, they revealed who they intended to merge with... and they announced their intent well before the terms of the merger were worked out. Check the facts. So you are telling me that they released illegal inside information when they did that?
