It is not a NO ACTION LETTER as JEFF told me that was not gonna happen. I fear it is either the SEC or his lawyers but probably he SEC!!! And since Jeff is not talking we shall not know from Jeff imo!!!
If this is true and Jeff does not receive a no action letter from the sec, would Kmag stay on the gray sheets?
