10-K dated 6/25/14 is thru 2013 annual report, shows BISU a dismal failure. Broke.
Plans to borrow if can which means further dilution of PPS.
BISU massively in debt. BK would be the better option for BISU.
CEO / COO have resigned, No news since April. Contact #'s no good.
No website. YTD low .0081 5/16/14. Declining YTD chart.
