Listened to the entire speech....
He is being very very ambitious and that entails a multitude of departments over a wide range of specialties.
This is going to be a very, very bumpy ride for shareholders as this gets sorted out. Anyone expecting overnight success is a jackass and has no clue as to the complexity of making something like this work smoothly.
He has the advantage of preexisting organizational infrastructure from the suppliment side but it's minor league compared to where he wants to take this......that will require months and months of work to bring it up to speed.
I appreciate the mans vision and ambition, but make no mistake....this is a multiyear organizational effort. No quick $$$....however, IMHO, this stock will be worth the wait and the risk.
