ADVFN is a U.K. entity. iHell is a US domiciled subsidiary with its corporate office being in Florida.
There are a number of Federal and International loopholes that have provided that place the security it needs to operate as it has. A number of people have gone after them to no avail because of the loopholes or ambiguity in the law. It will take Federal precedence to shut them down. I have no doubt that there are a number of the honest folk in law enforcement and the Hill that are looking to hold them accountable for their actions.
