What are Patience Plays?
Patience Plays---are Penny Stocks that you buy with the reasoning and sincere belief that at some point not terribly far into the future, the stock will go much higher because of certain company and/or socio, economic or political developments/catalysts which are going to happen to propel the stock into the limelight of others (stock promotion/newletters/ and pumping by others) and upward in price per share. Which is good right?
You sincerely believe that other people will finally discover and agree with your Penny Stock reasoning powers and draw the same conclusion that this penny stock must be bought by them also.
Maybe the company has a unique product that you like or believe in.
Maybe it is a killer management team.
Maybe it is a service that they provide.
Maybe it is only a killer low float/no debt shell.
Maybe a hot sector.
Maybe it is all of the above.
Many factors can contribute to this belief.
This may take time. Time is always a factor in the equation of patience.
The nice part for you is that you had enough insight to buy it first and earliest at a cheaper price and...wait for everyone else to arrive. This is the brutal world of penny stock trading.
The entire stock market for that matter.
Timing is critical in Patience Plays. It is critical in all penny stock plays as far as that goes. You can really never be the first, but you can be earlier than many many others.
Personally I think this is good enough.
This is always the plan anyhow!!!
I have always found it easier to do a little research into a penny stock story (the story is everything because it has emotional content) and take my time and accumulate shares slowly while waiting on the bigger move. If the bigger move comes earlier than expected...fine. I'll take profits and move on. Maybe let some "free shares" ride.
This is just me. If you have a different method that works great! Use it!

This is not my only method of trading although but it has proven my best and most successful method thus far.
But it takes Patience. Patience=Time Time=Patience
Nutshell on Patience Plays: Slowly accumulate shares, hold them until the crowd starts to arrive and/or wait on larger company developments(news catalysts/stock promos/pumps) and then sell into the strength of the limelight and make profit.
