Im looken for TECO to hit .13 - .25 by november 15, 2012.  I expect upward momentium from now until the financials.  I even asked the bashers on i bash to short extra hard on monday so I could buy at a good price.  things are about to get interesting very interesting.   Ive sent the video to some 30 investers most will want to see a pr to back it up.  Good luck and God Bless.
