Cut the crap. Last quarterly filing was thru March 2011.
If you are in, get out. Don't wait on the SEC to B-slap SMVI.
If you are out, stay out. Don't give these arrogant ignorant people your cash who think they can sidestep the rules & regs of the SEC.
