The truth is that Derek said any company can be halted. He in no way implied or desired to imply that TRTC was any more vulnerable than any public company.
TRTC is not a pot company and has never claimed to be a pot company. Future goals related to medical marijuana will be achieved when the Federal Government gives the "okay" to all public sector businesses with similar plans.

Medifarm has received Land Use Permits from Clark County, Nevada for cultivation and production. The State of Nevada will conduct its review of applicants for State MME Certificates of Registration from August to November 2014. They will rank all applicants.
