all i know is that from very early on when i questioned mr. foley about some legal concerns i had, he provided me with documentation, letters, information, was accountable, explained what he did, etc.. basically he was brutally honest.

that earned my respect.

and all i ever saw was him try to help shareholders to understand what is a very intricate, diverse, and tech-intensive business model. one that makes it hard for investors to grasp quickly. therefore lends itself to lots of hysteria from boneheads who are playing/preying upon others' ignorance.
