I have been here eight months with shareholders, regularly communicating with many to the best of my ability what any shareholder would want to know without providing insider info. The websites that you have come to know as PVEI (including the forum) & ZWT are actually owned by Jason. To the best of my knowledge, the company and Jason are in discussions relating to the transfer of ownership.
I am not privy to the present status of these discussions or when they might arrive to an amicable conclusion about moving forward.
