If we are to go on a blitz on Monday or Tuesday to make our voices heard I say you include this guy in your emails:

This guy has several hundred million shares of HIMR stock, gets paid a consulting fee, has agreed to a 1 million dollar purchase order of HIMR wood, is in many PRs talking up HIMR and has leased office space at his headquarters to HIMR.
If HIMR is involved in any shenanigans, this guy knows about it and/or is a part of it. He can't hide though as his company is a tangible entity.
Get you voices heard, the time is now. We will not go quietly.
