Should be reasonable to expect to see Torq's merged activity reflected on the upcoming financials AND the acquisition should be completed by transfer of shares.

If Garry is stating that, "TORQ not only has been an asset but a dependable and constant source of revenue for our company moving forward” then the deal should be DONE. BTW Garry, that last sentence was not grammatically correct, which was a problem with the previous Twitter account too. hhhhmm.
