Kerry: I have followed you and your contributions since you joined the team. I was because of your candidness and honesty along with your refusal to capitulate that I stuck with this company. I don't wish to burden you with any more sense of responsibility then you might already have by saying that. It is the truth and I am grateful for the knowledge that someone with your sense of integrity and honesty tried to look over my investment. Thank you.

I have a question: I have spoken to at least two of the staff of PV enterprises. I was never happy that I did not speak to you but I did get some information on Mr. Saha that permitted me to complete further due diligence on my investment that has been painful to look at like yours and so many other investors. My question to you is, and I mean no disrespect, but is Mr Saha as above board As you think? Can he be the anchor for the company that you and Jason were for these months? I don't have any faith in the CEO. I am very close to filing a complaint with the SEC since you and Jason are gone. I would really appreciate an honest response. I know you will give it and that is why I am asking you direct.
