It's possible they are holding the mines in their name until Agnico Eagle completes a deal, unless they also deal with other Mexican companies and they're holding them for others. The organizational chart for Agnico Eagle showed they were their Mexican branch and/or service provider so we may see the mine concession titles change names one more time before we see anything come our way. Not 100% sure, just speculating.

Maybe they have an option pending further study and evaluation of deposits which would allow a more complete assessment of worth/price.
