Someone once said that penny stock scams like JBII survive by taking advantage of the most vulnerable in our society.
After firsthand observing the complete lack of basic market knowledge, illiteracy, and magical-thinking plaguing many who have fallen prey to Bordynuik's scam, I believe the above statement has some merit.
